Usage
machine-memory import memories.json (--local|--remote)The input must be a JSON array of memory objects. Each entry is normalized and validated before insertion. Exact duplicates are skipped, potential conflicts are reported without insertion, and successful entries return their new IDs.
Import preserves supported content metadata such as tags, context, type, certainty, status, references, expiry, and valid timestamps. The imported memories belong to the repository from which the command is run.
